TriZone is a 60 min class comprising 3 x 20min interval training components – Aerobic , Strength and Circuit. Peak DualZone is a 45 min class incorporating 2 Pillars of Fitness. Fantastic for the time poor member who’s looking to get a total body conditioning and cardio workout all in one. The cardio component is either Indoor Cycling or Boxing. Peak trainers will guide you through this fun, motivating, high-energy workout which produces BIG and LASTING results. If you want to burn calories, tone and shape, get really fit and achieve a high level of fat ‘afterburn’, the Tri or DualZone is for you.
